| Breaking! Dr. Dozie Ikedife denies ties with Biafra fake groups TRIPOB and REIPOB |
Dr Dozie Ikedife has denied having ties with the nefarious fake IPOB groups formed by Muhammadu Buhari and the Movement for the Enslavement of Niger Delta (MEND). The phantom groups, The Re-branded Indigenous People of Biafra, TRIPOB, and Renegade Indigenous People of Biafra, RENIPOB, claiming to be a breakaway faction from the Nnamdi Kanu-led Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOP, while stating their merger nominated Charles Okah, the MEND leader and Dr Dozie Ikedife as their Deputy leader. However, in a swift reaction, Ikedife's group which goes by the name the Customary Government of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), denied any links with the phantom groups.
In a press release by the Ikedife group, the warned the public not to be deceived by TRIPOB and RENIPOB. "The attention of the Customary Government of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the Leadership of the Supreme Council of Elders has been drawn to an online news linking Dr Ikedife to TRIPOB and REIPOB.
For record purpose, nobody from any of these groups has ever contacted our revered Elder in respect of surrendering Biafra flag to Nigeria come Jan 15,2017.
The public is hereby advised to disregard such fictitious report. It should be noted that Ikenga Nnewi is among the few courageous Elders of Biafra land who authorized Bilie Human Rights Initiative to sue FGN on behalf of Biafra on the case of self determination for the indigenous people of Biafra still living in Nigeria.
The court action against Nigeria started from 2012 and the next hearing is Sept 22.
Dr Dozie Ikedife has remained focused and consistent with the legal and diplomatic pursuit to achieve Biafra. The Supreme Council of Elders of Indigenous People of Biafra shall continue to play a fatherly role to every Indigenous person of Biafra or groups agitating for Biafra lawfully and will be ready to welcome any Biafra group that shares the same legal and diplomatic methodology IPOB Customary Government has adopted.
The Customary Government of Biafra wishes to reiterate that nobody nor group will be allowed to distract or sabotage the collective decision to set our people free from Nigeria through the instrumentality of. both local and international laws.

Any statements from IPOB using “Emma Powerful” as its signatory are that of an impostor. “And following appeals by well-meaning Nigerians across the world, especially civil war veterans of the defunct Biafra Republic, TRIPOB shall no longer burn the flag of the defunct Biafra Republic as earlier planned for October 1, 2016, a date which has also been rescheduled,” he said. He said: “Replacing the burning of the flag ceremony shall be the ‘surrender’ ceremonyof the defunct Republic of Biafra flag on the symbolic date of January 15, 2017 at the Eagle Square Abuja, FCT.” “The general public as well as all relevant agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria, particularly, the Presidency are pleased advised to take note of the date.

2. That the announcers of the phantom groups do not exist or are individuals or groups that never ever had anything to do with IPOB.
3. That these groups belong to Charles Okah (MEND) and the idiotic old moron called Ikedife (whatever name he calls it)
4. That Ikedife's group which claimed to be pursuing the Biafra course through legal means have been trying to deceive Ibos or to use Ibo identity to get favours, e.g. Money from the Nigerian government.
5. That Ikedife and his cohorts, Ozobu, have now shown how they worked with DIM Emeka Ojukwu. 6. That these men pretended and stole Ojukwu' personal money with which he fought the war
7 That we now know why, Obasanjo and Itse Sagay said that Ibos were trying to use Biafra to make money and to press for favours.
8. That both Obasanjo and Itse Sagay have been proven wrong by Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB and that those they saw as Biafrans are indeed cheap blackmailers - Ikedife and his group.
9. That the gathering of thieves and morons which Rochas and beauty pageant Jim Nwobodo organized at Owerri, and which created the foolish adventure to try the faith of the Ibos has failed woefully.
10. That there is genuine desire by Ibos to have Biafra by the youths who are more intelligent, and cleverer than the old thieves who sabotaged Ojukwu' efforts.
11. That MEND's earlier claims about Nnamdi Kanu were lies as he never ever agreed with them. They themselves have said they do not like his hard line posture. That says it all, and of course, two cannot parley unless they agree. So they never agreed.
