The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has raised alarm over the alleged incessant kidnapping of its members by security operatives in the South East and South-South geo-political zones, saying the latest victim was its Africa representative, Mr. George Onyeibe. Onyeibe, who hailed from Agbor, Delta State, and a member of IPOB’s Directorate of State, DOS, was allegedly kidnapped from his house at Obiakpor, Rivers State by people suspected to be members of the Department of State Services, DSS.

We have been informed of another plan by the British Government to mid-wife the assassination of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). This time, they have concocted a document purportedly signed by 11 officers of IPOB in which these officers allegedly hired three persons at the price of ten million naira (=N=10 million) to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu. According to the information revealed to us by a British Embassy official who is sympathetic to the Biafran cause, the following persons were said to have been hired by the 11 officials of IPOB to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu:

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are in a state of deep shock at the misguided statements coming from a Prophet of Baal that goes by the name Revd. Father Ejike Camillus Anthony Ebenezer Mbaka who is supposed to be a Catholic Priest in the Enugu Diocese of the Roman Catholic Mission. This young priest from Amata Ituku in Awgu area of Enugu State and who was ordained on July 29, 1995, is no different from the biblical prophet of Baal because he appears to be worshipping anything but Chukwu Okike Abiama (God Almighty the Creator). Worse still, he seemed to have abandoned his canonical calling and delved into business. But instead of relaxing to enjoy the loot he makes from business and the bribes he received from Muhammadu Buhari and colleagues, he has now identified himself infamously with the killers of Biafrans.

With utter disappointment and feelings of distraught, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have determined that the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice (ECCJ) lacks the courage to deliver justice dispassionately. According to information from its website, the ECCJ “has jurisdiction to determine cases of violation of human rights that occur in any Member State.“ Regarding applicable laws, the ECCJ noted on its website that it “applies Treaty, Conventions, Protocols, and Regulations adopted by ECOWAS as well as Article 38 of the Statute of International Court of Justice.“ The regional court further stated that “in the area of human rights protection, the ECCJ equally applies international instruments relating to human rights ratified by the State or States party to the case.“ Then why is the ECCJ afraid to give decisive judgment on the case of Nnamdi Kanu versus Federal Government of Nigeria? Why are the Judges postponing the ruling date in perpetuity, if they have nothing to hide?

On behalf of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and the entire Biafrans, I am giving Raphael Lebeanya Uwazuruike four days to provide evidence that Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu are fraudsters. The Punch newspaper on January 10, 2017, reported that Raphael Lebeanya Uwazuruike “described Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB as fraudsters who are out to deceive gullible people.“ We in IPOB at this moment demand that Uwazuruike must provide evidence to prove that Nnamdi and IPOB members under his leadership are fraudsters. Uwuzuruike’s evidence must be proven beyond every reasonable doubt. The evidence must not be anecdotal or mere conjecture, but verifiable and provable acts of fraud carried out by either Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or members of IPOB.
