Former Nigerian Chief of Army Staff and Minister of Defence, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma,  has broken ranks with his Fulani cohorts to warn Nigerians that war is imminent. Danjuma, who assassinated the first Nigerian Head of State, Aguiyi Ironsi, yesterday, spat fire by calling on Nigerians to rise and defend themselves against attacks by marauding herdsmen in some parts of the country, or continue to suffer casualties. Danjuma wh re-echoed a prophecy of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, warned that Somalia will be better than Nigeria if the ongoing ethnic cleansing is not stopped.

We have been informed of another plan by the British Government to mid-wife the assassination of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). This time, they have concocted a document purportedly signed by 11 officers of IPOB in which these officers allegedly hired three persons at the price of ten million naira (=N=10 million) to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu. According to the information revealed to us by a British Embassy official who is sympathetic to the Biafran cause, the following persons were said to have been hired by the 11 officials of IPOB to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu:

In her ruling on March 1, 2017, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako dismissed six counts namely #3, #5, #7, #9, #10, and #11 while sustaining five counts which are #1, #2, #4, #6, and #8. As IPOB prepares for a full trial on count #6, we hereby demand that the remaining four counts be dismissed on the grounds of fraud/perjury, false claim/identity, and for conflicts with relevant sections of CAP-C38 and ACJA-2015.

With utter disappointment and feelings of distraught, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have determined that the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice (ECCJ) lacks the courage to deliver justice dispassionately. According to information from its website, the ECCJ “has jurisdiction to determine cases of violation of human rights that occur in any Member State.“ Regarding applicable laws, the ECCJ noted on its website that it “applies Treaty, Conventions, Protocols, and Regulations adopted by ECOWAS as well as Article 38 of the Statute of International Court of Justice.“ The regional court further stated that “in the area of human rights protection, the ECCJ equally applies international instruments relating to human rights ratified by the State or States party to the case.“ Then why is the ECCJ afraid to give decisive judgment on the case of Nnamdi Kanu versus Federal Government of Nigeria? Why are the Judges postponing the ruling date in perpetuity, if they have nothing to hide?
