YET ANOTHER PLAN BY THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO ASSASSINATE MAZI NNAMDI KANU

We have been informed of another plan by the British Government to mid-wife the assassination of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). This time, they have concocted a document purportedly signed by 11 officers of IPOB in which these officers allegedly hired three persons at the price of ten million naira (=N=10 million) to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu. According to the information revealed to us by a British Embassy official who is sympathetic to the Biafran cause, the following persons were said to have been hired by the 11 officials of IPOB to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu:

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has blasted the Nigerian government for illegal detention of citizens. In the dramatic video shown below, Kanu, who was petitioned to by the parents of the detainees to speak out out for them, blasted the Nigerian government for illegally detaining some group of Muslims youths.

Justice Binta Nyarko, of the Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, dithered on releasing Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Justice Binta, who is apparently waiting on orders from 'General' Muhammadu Buhari, on how to proceed, fixed April 25 to decide whether or not to release Kanu on bail pending his trial.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) assert that Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako must dismiss counts #1, #2, #4, and #8 on the charges brought against the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and the other three Biafrans. In her ruling on March 1, 2017, Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako dismissed six counts namely #3, #5, #7, #9, #10, and #11 while sustaining five counts which are #1, #2, #4, #6, and #8. As IPOB prepares for a full trial on count #6, we hereby demand that the remaining four counts be dismissed on the grounds of fraud/perjury, false claim/identity, and for conflicts with relevant sections of CAP-C38 and ACJA-2015.
