This generated serious tension in the courtroom, resulting to judge, Binta Nyako storming out from the court session in anger.
Meanwhile agents of the Nigerian secret police (DSS) are currently harassing Biafrans and journalist who came to witness the court proceedings.
The ongoing court proceedings has marred by violent and angry looking DSS agents who determined to stop journalists from covering the court proceedings. This is despite presence of international observers who are currently at the federal High court to witness the brutality and unprofessional display of the DSS.
