Few days ago, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, a First Republic Nigerian politician sensationally revealed that United States of America Secretary of State, Mr. John Kerry came to deliver a bombshell to Northern leaders, who are considered to be against restructuring the country because the current structure favours them. CHANCELLOR of the Eastern Mandate Union (EMU), Dr Arthur Nwankwo, has dissociated himself from the phantom Reformed Indigenous People of Biafra, 'Re-IPOB' an alleged IPOB breakaway group. He dissociated himself as nominee from old Eastern Region to negotiate with the Nigerian government on Biafra. In a four-paragraph statement, Nwankwo, who restated his clamour for the restructuring of the country, said the association of his name to RE-IPOB is scandalous and unacceptable.

The excoriated the nefarious group for daring to rope the name of their leader Uchenna Madu into their concocted negotiation team and made it clear that Biafra is not negotiable and cannot be renounced as it is pivotal to the existence and future of the Igbo people.
