The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has raised alarm over a heinous plan of 'General' Muhammadu Buhari to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu tonight. The global alert was issued by the Deputy Leader of IPOB, Uche Mefor, during the Radio Biafra evening broadcasts.
