Following the continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), another round of protest has erupted in Biafra. The protest began at the commercial city of Aba, one of the most prominent cities in Biafra. Kanu is slated to appear before a Nigerian court on Monday 18th January 2016, over phantom charges of terrorism.
